02 · AI disclaimer

Crondly AI is an AI assistant and can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Outputs are not professional advice.

Do not rely on it for legal, medical, financial, or other critical decisions, and verify important information independently.

Avoid sharing highly sensitive information (passwords, financial or health records, government IDs); content is processed by third-party AI providers to generate responses.

03 · Acceptable use

Don't use the service for anything illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringing, and don't spam, scrape, or overload it.

Don't attempt to break, jailbreak, or extract the system's instructions, and don't process other people's personal data without a lawful basis or consent.

04 · Accounts & suspension

Keep your account credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put the service or other users at risk.

05 · Plans, billing & refunds

A free tier is available. Paid Pro features may be offered via subscription or activation codes.

When paid billing is live, charges and any refund terms will be presented at purchase. During beta, codes may be issued at our discretion.

06 · Your content & IP

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate and provide the service.

Crondly AI, its branding, and software remain our property.

07 · Copyright / DMCA

If you believe content infringes your copyright, contact us at the email below with details and we will respond as required by law.

08 · Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on the service's output.

09 · Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
