Crondly AI ("we", "us") is a personal AI agent you use through chat apps and the web. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. This is a beta product — review this page periodically.

01 · Information we collect

Account: your email and basic profile from Google sign-in (via Supabase), or the email you register with.

Platform identifiers: your Telegram ID, and your WhatsApp number if you link it.

Content you send: chat messages, and any files, links or images you share with the assistant.

Assistant memory: facts the assistant saves about you to personalize replies.

Usage metadata: timestamps, message counts, and token usage for limits and analytics.

02 · How we use your information

To run the assistant: build replies, set reminders, read files you send, and search the web on your request.

To enforce plan limits, prevent abuse, and operate and improve the service.

We do not sell your personal data.

03 · Third parties & AI providers

To generate responses, your messages and shared content are sent to AI model providers (e.g. OpenRouter, DeepSeek, Anthropic, Google). Web searches you trigger are sent to search providers.

We use Supabase for authentication and database, and standard hosting/infrastructure providers. These process data on our behalf to deliver the service.

04 · Data retention & deletion

We keep your data until you remove it or close your account. You can clear a conversation with /new and delete a saved memory with /forget.

To delete your account and associated data, contact us using the email below.

05 · Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

You may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to certain processing.

We honor applicable rights under GDPR and CCPA. Contact us to exercise them.

06 · Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

07 · Children

Crondly AI is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). Do not use it if you are under that age.

08 · Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date.
